We prefer that you send demos as Mp3 by the internet. This is the smartest way for us to handle with the material and easy replying. It's also possible to send a CD. The processing often takes time, up to several months sometimes. All because we want to have an honest listening.
Don't forget to write a few lines about yourself, the songs you're sending and your career in music. And mark both the cd and the cover with your contact information.

Krister Larsson
Owner, Engineer, A&R

Grew up in Olofström, Blekinge. Now living in Marieholm, a small village north of Lund.

- I´ve always been interested in sound production and where music goes after it´s being recorded. I began with Atari and a 4 channel porta, a couple of Synths and cheap microfones in the early 80´s and slowly built up a studio. I have an exam from the Malmö college of music as an musicteacher, but in sound engineering i´m basicly self taught. Wonderland Studio started off 1998 in a smaller compound in the same house where we are now at N Grängesbergsgatan in Malmö. The original studio was built in 1985 and hosted "Studiofabriken" until we moved in 1999. The Studio is built with four rooms of different sices and acoustics. The bigger recording room is 25 m2 with concrete walls, wood, glass and fabrics witch can be moved for different acoustics.

A small 10m2 totally damped room for vocal and other instruments. A hall for amps, and the 30 m2 cozy controlroom with the legendary red wall. In 2000 we bought the Harrison TV3 mixingconsole from SVT in Stockholm, handmade in Nashville USA in 1982. It´s a fully equipped 28 mono, 6 stereo, 8 stereobus table. Though SVT manage to give it good service the table is in exellent condition though it is 25 years old this year (2007). It´s sound is very much like the sound of the famous Neve, SSL and Amec consoles. We are recording into either Pro Tools or Mackie SDR 24, a 24 track HD equipped digital recorder. We do all the mixes through the console and do mixdowns usually to Wavelab through a Lynx audio-card. Sounds really niiice.
